VOTING GUIDELINES FOR BEST 9 HIGH SCHOOLWINTER ATHLETES
(a) Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Communications, LLC, and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to television broadcast station WTOV, (the “Station”), Belmont Savings Bank, The Douglas Group, Inc. dba UPICKEM, Facebook, Inc., Facebook.com, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible to participate. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
(b) No purchase is necessary to vote. Limit 9 votes per category, per IP address per day.
(c) Log on to wtov9.com to vote for your selection.
(e) The online voting starts on February 24, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. EDT and ends at11:59 p.m. EDT on March 23, 2014.
(f) All voting information shall become the property of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned.
(g) By participating in this online vote, each voter waives any and all claims of liability against the Station, any sponsors, Facebook.com, and their respective parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of voter’s participation in this contest.
