Winter driving can be challenging with snow
covered highways. Be prepared for winter driving. Enter to win an Emergency Car Kit courtesy of
WTOV 9 & the West Virginia Department of Transportation. Remember: When there is Ice & Snow – Take it Slow!
Register to win an Emergency Car Kit, courtesy of the West Virginia Department of Transportation. No purchase necessary, however, you must be 18 or older, and a resident of the WTOV9 viewing area to enter.
At the top of this screen, next to the "Enter Contest" tab, click the "Registration" tab. Enter all your information and click "submit."
Once you've registered, click the "Enter Contest" tab, type in the correct code verification, then click the "Enter Contest!" button. That's it!
Yes. Entries will be accepted from January 6th, 2014 through February 16th, 2014.
Six (6) winners will be selected in random drawings, one every Monday for six weeks, beginning on Monday, January 13th, 2014. Each winner will receive an emergency car kit provided by the West Virginia Department of Transportation.
If you are a winner, WTOV9's Jessica Conrad will contact you to arrange a day and time to pick up your prize. Winners must come to the WTOV9 TV station in Steubenville, OH to pick up their prize and sign a release form.
If you are a winner, we will contact you by phone and/or by email no later than Monday, February 24th. Winners must pick up their prizes within seven (7) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
